Instagram Posts: Use only full-size downloaded pictures.

Instagram Stories: Download full size image then screenshot downloaded photo, post screenshot. Instagram stories does not currently compress images, if you post a directly downloaded photo it will become very blurry. However screenshots will post very clear.
